Digital Products (eBooks):

• Due to the nature of digital products, eBook purchases are non-refundable once downloaded.

Physical Products (Books & Sculptures):

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund

• Returns must be in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged in transit

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item
